Last week I had the privilege of sitting in on a really interesting discussion hosted by Tracy Slotkin of Red Bell Foods. The participants were local Food & Beverage business owners on Long Island. Their companies ranged in size from pre-launch to mature business and the guest speaker was Michael Levine, CEO of Global Food Solutions. The conversation was focused around how he skyrocketed his business from a single better-for-you muffin for kids to five different product lines and an impressive social impact and what role technology played in his success.
